"Cute Clothes, If You’re Not in a Hurry"
I do like Free People’s clothes, which is why I keep ordering from them, but the shipping was painfully slow this time. My order just sat there for days with basically no helpful update, which was super fun to keep checking, obviously. It finally showed up later than expected, so not a total disaster, but definitely annoying when you actually need the outfit for something.

"Cute style, but the quality didn’t match the price"
I really loved the style when it arrived, but I was disappointed after wearing it. The fabric felt thinner than I expected, and after just one wash, some of the seams started coming loose. I was also a little confused because the email made it sound like the quality/material would be better, but the actual item felt different. For the price, I expected a lot more.

"Trying to return my order was such…"
Trying to return my order was such a hassle. The website kept sending me in circles, the return label took way too long to show up, and when I reached out to support, it felt like nobody actually read what I wrote. I just kept getting the same canned replies. It made the whole experience really frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order again if returns are this difficult.

"Got the wrong sweater and felt passed around"
I ordered a cream sweater, but what showed up was a completely different color and size. The weird part is the packing slip had the right order on it, so I have no idea where things got mixed up. I reached out to customer service and they were polite enough, but I felt like I was being passed around a bit and still ended up having to deal with the return myself. I usually like Free People, but this whole order was frustrating.

"Packaging could’ve been a lot better"
My order showed up in a really thin bag that was already ripped on one side, which was disappointing. The items themselves were okay, thankfully, but they were all wrinkled and one of the tags was bent up. For the price, I expected the packaging to be a bit more secure.

"Cute clothes, but the sizing is a mess"
I really like the styles, but the sizing is so inconsistent from one order to the next. I even tried to make a simple sizing request/check before ordering, and it felt like it was completely ignored. It’s frustrating because the clothes are cute, but I never know what’s actually going to fit

"Pretty much what I hoped for"
I ordered a top from Free People and it was just like the photos, which was nice. The color, fit, and fabric details all matched the description, so there weren’t any weird surprises when it showed up. I really appreciate when the sizing notes are actually helpful because... yeah, that doesn’t always happen. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Nice clothes, but a frustrating site"
I really like Free People clothes, but the website can be annoying to use. Pages load slow for me, and the filters don’t always stay on, so I end up picking the sizes and colors again. Checkout also felt a bit clunky, like there was too many steps just to place a order. The photos look great, but finding what I want takes more effort than it should

"Cute in photos, just okay in person"
I ordered a dress from Free People because it looked sooo cute online, but when it arrived I was a little underwhelmed 😕 The color was more muted than the pictures, and the fabric didn’t feel as nice as I expected. The fit was also a bit different from how it looked on the model. It’s not terrible, but for the price, I was hoping it would match the photos better.

I ordered a dress from Free People to the UK and, i was already feeling mentally drained and expecting the whole thing to be a hassle or take forever. But it actually arrived quicker than I thought it would. The tracking was easy to follow, the parcel turned up in good condition, and there were no weird customs issues or surprises. The size was fine too, which was a relief. Really happy with it overall and I’d definitely order again

I’ll be honest, I was kind of expecting them to be late because that’s usually how these things go. But nope, they arrived exactly when they said they would. I was ready to be annoyed, and then suddenly I had nothing to complain about. Solid experience.

I had a quick question about my order and, i was fully prepared to wait forever because that’s usually how these things go. But nope, they got back to me way faster than I expected. The whole thing was super easy, they were nice, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down or repeat myself a million times. Like, why can’t every company just do this? No complaints at all.
